Key Responsibilities: Plans and oversees foodservice operations and personnel; supervises food production and service to ensure nutritious, appealing meals prepared in proper amounts and served at proper temperatures; ensures compliance with standards for purchasing, preparation, storage, sanitation, inventory, safety, and security; oversees recipe/portion standardization and cost control; reviews cost reports and implements cost reduction and productivity measures; oversees kitchen equipment maintenance; helps develop menus; supports performance improvement programs and committees; ensures compliance with federal and state regulations
Modules: Billable up to 8 hours for non-clinical travelers, 10 hours for lead/supervisor travelers; completed pre-start
