Description
Position Overview
Provide individualized behavioral support to students, implementing established behavior intervention strategies and maintaining consistent classroom routines during a temporary maternity leave coverage assignment.
Support the school’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) by assisting with behavioral interventions and promoting positive student outcomes.
Develop and prepare instructional and behavioral support materials tailored to student needs.
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Experience supporting student behavior in a school setting preferred
