Position Overview
Provide specialized instruction and individualized learning support to K–3 students in a resource classroom.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students' academic, behavioral, and developmental goals.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to adapt instruction and monitor student progress.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with special education requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate for grades K–5
Active Arizona Elementary Generalist or Content Area Certification
Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience supporting elementary-aged students with diverse learning needs, developing IEPs, and implementing differentiated instructional strategies preferred
