Position Overview
Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care throughout the full school day, promoting the student’s safety, comfort, and participation in school activities.
Manage G-tube feedings and central line care in accordance with the individualized care plan and established clinical protocols.
Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to support the student’s medical needs, daily routines, and successful transition into the school environment.
Maintain accurate documentation and respond promptly to changes in the student’s condition or medical needs.
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
Pediatric nursing experience, with strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Demonstrated competency in G-tube management, central line care, and monitoring medically complex pediatric patients
