Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years CVOR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule & Hours
- 10-hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Rotational call coverage, including the possibility of one weekend day (Sat. or Sun.) call every week (24-hour call when on a weekend)

Qualifications
- Valid RN license with the ability to work in Illinois
- Minimum of three years of recent, verifiable CVOR experience
- Strong background in robotic CVOR procedures
- Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Willingness to take call assignments as scheduled
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from Rockford
Key Responsibilities
- Circulate and scrub in complex cardiovascular surgical procedures, including those involving advanced robotic systems
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary heart team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to evidence-based practices and facility protocols
- Remain flexible for rotating call and weekend coverage

$2,701 - $2,857/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
