Electrophysiology Fort Walton Beach. The Electrophysiology Technician supports cardiac procedural services in a specialized laboratory setting, assisting with advanced cardiovascular procedures and device-related care. The role includes day shifts, call responsibilities, and collaboration across related procedural departments.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; cath lab experience.
• Additional Information: The role supports procedures including transcatheter aortic valve replacement, patent foramen ovale closure, atherectomy, percutaneous coronary intervention, right and left heart catheterization, Impella and intra-aortic balloon pump procedures, implants, direct-current cardioversion, and transesophageal echocardiography. Experience with structural heart procedures, Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump, instantaneous wave-free ratio, fractional flow reserve, and advanced percutaneous coronary intervention is preferred. The position uses specialized cardiovascular equipment and documentation systems, includes approximately 1012 STEMI call days per month, and offers self-scheduling. Surgical scrubs are provided.
