Polysomnographer in Denver, Colorado. This position involves providing sleep studies in a dedicated sleep lab environment, supporting a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring accurate patient data collection. The role offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment and to contribute to patient care through specialized sleep disorder diagnostics.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours shift time, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Minimum 6 months experience as an EEG Tech, Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, candidates with these credentials will be prioritized.
- Preferred Qualifications: High altitude experience, basic scoring skills, ability to work independently, good interpersonal skills
- Typical procedures performed on unit: Split nights, sleep study procedures, patient monitoring and data scoring
- Additional Information: The unit features modern equipment including Nihon Kohden Polysmith and ResMed BIPAP systems. The team comprises experienced staff, with opportunities to work with new technology and flexible schedules.
