Description
Job Summary:
Speech Language Pathologist Inpatient in Michigan. This position involves providing speech, language, and dysphagia services to adult and pediatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role includes performing evaluations, developing and revising care plans, and participating in multidisciplinary activities to ensure comprehensive patient care. Candidates must be able to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic clinical environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift with 9 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology, current Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 2 years of pediatric speech-language pathology experience, VFSS experience, and willingness to work in inpatient and outpatient units. Candidate must have their own vehicle and include all requested scheduling and RTO (Request for Time Off) information in the profile.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have at least 2 years of pediatric SLP experience, be willing to work in inpatient and outpatient units, and possess all required certifications and licensure before submission. New graduates will not be considered. All scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application, as requests after the offer may lead to rescinding the offer.
