Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient - Ardmore, Oklahoma. This role involves providing objective occupational therapy assessments and delivering comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients across all ages within an inpatient setting. The position aims to support patient recovery and promote functional independence through evidence-based practice under departmental policies.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Licensed Occupational Therapist (LOTR) certification, BLS from AHA, 1+ years of experience, located in Oklahoma
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for patients of all ages
- Additional Information: Under the general supervision of the Manager of Physical Medicine, performs occupational therapy assessments and treatments according to departmental policies and referral standards. The unit primarily serves inpatient adult and pediatric populations, requiring a flexible and compassionate approach. Dress code is scrubs in black; unacceptable attire includes casual or non-clinical clothing.
