This outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position involves evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients within a clinic setting. The role includes providing comprehensive therapy services to facilitate patients return to community activities, while promoting safety and compliance with organizational standards.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician guidance. Responsible for delegation and direction of therapy services. Ensures design of functional treatment programs and serves as an educator to patients, families, and staff. Maintains behaviors consistent with the organizations mission and core values, including safety and confidentiality.

• Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
  • 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
  • CPR Certification
  • Active/Applicable license for the state where work will be performed
  • Experience requirement: 1 year

• Schedule:
  Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week

• Additional Information:
  Completes comprehensive evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning for treatment planning, documents medical records accurately, adheres to regulatory and organizational standards, and participates in educational activities and professional development. Maintains licensure in good standing and follows organizational performance improvement initiatives.
