Job Summary

Respiratory Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist Colorado. This 14-week travel assignment provides overnight respiratory therapy coverage in a pediatric care setting. The role requires pediatric critical care experience, specialized certifications, weekend availability, and holiday coverage.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Assignment: 14-week assignment from 11/17/2026 through 02/20/2027.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure or certification.
- At least 3 years of respiratory therapy experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a pediatric intensive care unit or Level III/IV neonatal intensive care unit.
- At least 2 years of pediatric emergency care experience.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
Preferred Qualifications: At least 4 years of pediatric intensive care unit experience and at least 4 years of neonatal intensive care unit experience.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: Weekend coverage includes 13 weekend shifts over 26 weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays. Availability to work two of four designated holidays is required. Requested time off is limited to no more than 10 days during the assignment, with no requested time off approved during the first 2 weeks. Medical and religious exemptions are permitted under the influenza vaccination policy.
