Job Summary:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings, located in Humansville, Missouri. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 09/14/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Missouri State Licensure, CCC-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP), a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, including LTC or Rehab experience. New graduates with Level II experience are acceptable.
• Preferred Qualifications: No additional preferred qualifications listed.
• Additional Information: The role involves supervising and supporting Certified Clinical Fellows (CFY) or Student Speech-Language Pathologists, participating in meetings such as patient care conferences and utilization reviews, and maintaining compliance with ASHA and State licensure regulations. Candidates must be able to obtain necessary durable medical equipment (DME) or supplies and complete all documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards.
