Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), successful completion of a degree in physical therapy, at least 2 years of experience in a SNF setting, and ability to start immediately
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high productivity environments, familiarity with SNF protocols
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position requires an ASAFP start date of 09/07/2026, with a focus on maintaining 90% productivity. Candidates should be prepared to adapt to the facilitys standards and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
