Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position available in a rural outpatient practice located in the Hi-desert region north of Palm Springs, California. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services across two locations, with a primary site to be determined and the flexibility to float to either. The position offers an opportunity to work within a privately owned, family-operated practice serving a diverse community, including military personnel and residents of the Morongo Basin.

Job Details:

• Location: Hi-desert north of Palm Springs/Coachella Valley, in a rural setting with nearby national parks, outdoor recreational activities, and access to major attractions such as Joshua Tree National Park, mountain resorts, and nearby beaches.
• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, at least 2 years of outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates in urgent need may be considered.
• Additional Information: The caseload averages between 16 to 30 patients per day, with sessions approximately 30 minutes each. The provider must be willing to float between locations as needed; travel between locations is not same-day. Candidates should be adaptable and comfortable working in a rural environment with a vibrant outdoor community.
