Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Crown Point, Indiana. This position involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services to an adult patient population with a variety of neurological, traumatic, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions. The role offers the opportunity to work within a small-town hospital setting with easy access to Lake Michigan beaches and Chicago adventures.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana with 1-2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Unit Information: 40-bed inpatient rehab unit serving adult patients, including those with stroke, traumatic/non-traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, amputation, and neurological disorders such as MS and Parkinsons disease.
• Patient Population: Adult mix of stroke, brain injuries, debility, amputation, spinal cord injuries, traumatic and non-traumatic conditions, as well as cardiac and pulmonary patients and neurological disorders.
• Additional Notes: The position is with a free-standing inpatient rehab hospital. No float requirements. Candidates should be cohesive team players and comfortable working closely with therapy and nursing staff.
