Job Summary

EP Technologist, Electrophysiology. This position supports adult patients in an Electrophysiology (EP) lab during day shifts and provides late case or call coverage as needed. First-time travelers are welcome, and the assignment is scheduled to begin 11/23/2026.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shifts consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours weekly; late Electrophysiology (EP) case and call coverage may be required.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ARRT(R) or CCI RCIS certification; experience with Electrophysiology (EP) lab procedures and charting systems.
Additional Information:
- Provides care for adult patients in an Electrophysiology (EP) lab.
- Performs accurate monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac mapping, cardiac ablation, cardioversion, conduction studies, and electrophysiology evaluations.
- Supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, pacemaker insertion, permanent pacemaker insertion, cardiac implantable device programming, and vascular closure procedures.
- Performs electrocardiogram lead placement and recognizes life-threatening arrhythmias.
- Prepares access sites, circulates rooms, maintains a sterile field, and assists with equipment setup.
- Supports isolation precautions, personal protective equipment procedures, rapid response teams, and code teams.
- Forty hours of orientation are provided.
- Two requested time-off dates must be submitted with the application.
