Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) in a clinical setting, located in a specified area. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring patients progress towards discharge within an established length of stay. The role requires adherence to safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational core values, with a focus on delivering high-quality outpatient therapy services.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 09/28/2026 and ending 12/28/2026
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 0 years minimum experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience in outpatient physical therapy is recommended.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans, and documents accurately and timely. Participates in student programs with appropriate supervision and provides a positive learning environment. Maintains professional licensure in good standing and adheres to regulatory standards. Demonstrates commitment to safety, quality improvement, and organizational core values.
