Description
Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General in a dayshift schedule. This role involves performing various ultrasound examinations including retroperitoneal, abdominal, limited, transrectal, and biopsy-assistance procedures. The position requires the sonographer to verify their credentials through ARDMS or an equivalent certification.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification by ARDMS or an equivalent credential, experience in performing ultrasound studies listed above, valid in the job location, with at least 1 year of clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ultrasound technology and patient positioning, familiarity with ultrasound equipment and protocols
- Additional Information: Candidates must be able to perform and verify the required ultrasound studies, and review the submitted professional documents including resume, references, skills checklist, and candidate submission coversheet
