Position Description: Physical Therapist - Outpatient at Terre Haute, IN, for ATI. The role includes completing documentation with ATI prior to clearance and starting work with a compact license, with a requirement to obtain a permanent license immediately.
Required Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist license, minimum of 18 years of experience, 1-year experience in outpatient settings, located in Terre Haute, IN, and available for a schedule of days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Candidates must be able to start on 10/12/2026 and complete the assignment by 01/10/2027.
