Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring effective recovery and functional improvement. The position requires a focus on patient safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to all regulatory and organizational standards.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; licensure in good standing and compliance with state mandated continuing education requirements
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in orthopedics and inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations utilizing clinical reasoning; develops personalized treatment goals aiming for discharge within established treatment timelines; documents in medical records clearly and accurately; provides supervision and mentorship within student training programs; actively pursues ongoing professional development; adheres to all safety standards and organizational policies, including safety in patient handling and infectious disease control; participates in performance improvement initiatives.
