Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Technician in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This position involves supporting vascular interventional radiology procedures within a Level 1 Trauma Center. The role requires expertise in vascular operating room procedures, equipment, radiation safety, and collaboration within a dynamic surgical environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Johnstown, PA
• Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified or registered radiologic technologist with BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; RT(R)(VI) (Registered Technologist in Radiography with Vascular Interventional specialty); knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures and equipment; prefer at least 1 year of experience in the field.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an operating room setting with vascular procedures, radiation safety knowledge, positive team-oriented attitude, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Additional Information: The position involves working with Philips Allura X-ray systems in a specialized interventional radiology setting. Successful candidates must have all required clearances or be able to submit them prior to start date. Weekly orientation sessions are held on Mondays to ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
