Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) located in Massachusetts. This role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing rehabilitation treatments for patients with physical functioning disorders, including wound care. The position requires the development of individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards, administering procedures such as therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive device use, and wound care, as well as documenting patient progress and outcomes. The position also involves supervising support staff, participating in meetings, and adhering to professional practice acts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts State License; 0 years of experience (including Level II experience for new graduates), valid licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in outpatient settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
• Additional Information: The role includes assessing patient progress, adjusting treatments, providing counseling, documentation in electronic systems, and participation in clinical meetings, trainings, and conferences. Ability to obtain supplies and supervise support staff is also required.
