Job Summary:

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day
• Hours Per Week: 40 hours minimum
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license in the state, current experience in outpatient physical therapy, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Additional Information:
  • Candidate will be required to complete documentation directly with the organization outside of the AMNs clearance packet before beginning the assignment.
  • Must have a permanent license; no compact licenses accepted.
  • Travel reimbursement, weekly billing cycle, and parking will be provided.
  • Dress code and additional onboarding information will be provided during the first day.
