Description

Job Summary:
Electrophysiology (EP) Technician position available in a healthcare organization. This role involves assisting cardiologists with electrophysiology procedures, primarily in the EP laboratory, with a schedule of 10-hour days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrophysiology or catheterization laboratory settings and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Details:

  • Position: CCL (Cath/Lab) Technician (will accept Invasive Radiology Technologist (IRT) or Cardiovascular Technician (CVT)) for electrophysiology procedures
  • Specialty: Electrophysiology
  • Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Days, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Hours per week: Minimum of 40 hours
  • Start Date: 10/05/2026
  • End Date: 01/04/2027
  • Travel Required: No

  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in relevant field, completion of education as an Invasive Radiology Technologist (IRT) or Cardiovascular Technician (CVT), minimum of 1 year of experience with preferred 2 years in electrophysiology or cath lab, and current licensure as applicable.
  • Additional Information: The technician will assist with electrophysiology procedures such as pacemaker and implantable cardioverter defibrillator (AICD) implants, generator changes, lead revisions, and EP studies/ablations. Orientation occurs every Monday. RTO (Requested Time Off) must be approved if applicable. Candidates must have EP experience, with a focus on sitting mainly in the EP lab.
