Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and coordinating care to promote optimal recovery and functional outcomes. The position emphasizes patient safety, clinical reasoning, and professional growth within a dedicated healthcare organization.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and valid licensure in good standing, with all state mandated continuing education completed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy, familiarity with clinical documentation and patient education.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and insurance requirements, and ensures documentation complies with federal, state, and organizational policies. Participates in student programs and actively pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education. Adheres to all regulatory guidelines and maintains professional licensure.
