Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) local to the area is sought for a position at a healthcare organization. The role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for outpatient clients in accordance with physician directives and patient needs. The position requires providing patient education, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote functional recovery and successful community reintegration.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 2 years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable state license, previous experience with the organization, and previous employment with the organization.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment plan development, and documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines. Participates in student program supervision, maintains professional licensure in good standing, and adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates professional behavior, safety awareness, and compliance with all clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
