Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license, minimum of 3 years of experience as a physical therapist, outpatient setting experience, and at least 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
• Responsibilities include delivering outpatient physical therapy services, documenting patient progress, and adhering to clinical protocols.
• Certifications: Active license in state of practice.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation and familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
• Additional Information: No float rotation required.
• Submission requirements: Candidates should be available to start on 10/19/2026 and remain on assignment through 01/17/2027, with documentation completed prior to assignment start.
