Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Location unspecified. This position involves providing respiratory care services for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver treatments such as ABGs and occasional EKGs, supporting a variety of clinical scenarios including STEMI, CVA, Covid, arrest, and neonatal resuscitations.

Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for drawing ABGs, assisting with intubations, and performing treatments for a diverse patient population, including adults, pediatrics, and newborns. The role involves working in inpatient and outpatient environments, including ER, floors, L&D, nursery, ICU, sleep lab, OR, and PACU.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) verification; ACLS, BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS certifications; minimum 1 year of experience; valid license to submit; must work the shift of 12 hours for a minimum of 36 hours per week; scheduled to start on 10/19/2026 with end date 01/18/2027.
• Schedule: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility to fill scheduling needs, working three 12-hour days per week.
• Additional Information: The position includes a two-day department-specific orientation. No floating to sister campuses is required. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with a collaborative team, including in-house hospitalists or intensivists 24/7.
