Job Summary:
An ICU Respiratory Therapist position is available in Loma Linda, CA. This role involves providing specialized respiratory care for pediatric patients in the intensive care unit, with a focus on diagnostic procedures, therapeutic interventions, and patient education, ensuring age-specific and clinical best practices are upheld.

Job Details:

• Position: Respiratory Therapist ICU
• Location: Loma Linda, CA
• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: California RCB license, RRT certification through NBRC, BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications, at least 1 year of experience in pediatrics and PICU settings, experience preferred in NICU, familiarity with EPIC, ability to administer inhaled specialty gases such as heliox and inhaled nitric oxide, perform diagnostic procedures including blood gases, pulmonary function tests, transcutaneous monitoring, and advanced respiratory assessments.
• Additional Information: The role includes documenting age-specific care plans, assessments, patient education, interventions, and responses. Competence in recording therapeutic and diagnostic procedures in the medical record is required. No float rotation is expected for this assignment.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be licensed and certified as specified and available to start on 10/05/2026 through 01/03/2027.
