Job Summary

Pharmacist, Inpatient Pharmacist. The inpatient pharmacist supports medication services across intensive care, Labor and Delivery, medical-surgical, and emergency departments. The role requires independent weekend practice and collaboration across hospital-based clinical services.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday with rotating weekend coverage every third weekend.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of current hospital experience.
  • Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • New Hampshire pharmacist license, with application required upon offer acceptance.
  • License verification and current licenses and certifications at the time of submission.
  • Pharmacist skills checklist and one supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Critical access hospital experience.
  • Previous travel experience.
  • Meditech experience.
  • Omnicell experience.
• Additional Information: The pharmacist supports intensive care, Labor and Delivery, medical-surgical, and emergency department services. Independent practice is required during weekend coverage.
