Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Rehabilitation. This position provides physical therapy services in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The role requires an accredited physical therapy program, an active Illinois physical therapist license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and two years of experience.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited physical therapy program
- Active Illinois physical therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Two years of physical therapy experience
Additional Information:
- Provides outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services
- Assignment dates are 11/16/2026 through 02/13/2027
