Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) This outpatient physical therapy role is based in a healthcare facility. The position involves providing rehabilitative services to patients in an outpatient setting, supporting recovery and functional improvement.

Job Details

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state license as a Physical Therapist, current healthcare provider certification, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient experience are preferred.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Deliver outpatient physical therapy services, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
Submission Requirements: Candidates should be able to start by 11/10/2026 and remain through 02/06/2027.
