Job Summary
Radiation Therapist (RTT) Location: Not specified. This position involves providing routine and specialized radiation treatments in accordance with physician-developed treatment plans. The role requires working independently with sound judgment to deliver accurate results, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.

Job Details

Certifications: ARRT, CRT, BLS
Education Requirements: Not specified
Location Requirements: Must hold a valid California State License (Nursys uploaded within the last 2 weeks)
Years of Experience: Minimum 0 years required, with at least 2 years of experience preferred
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certification in ARRT, CRT, BLS; California State License; familiarity with Varian TrueBeam equipment; at least 2 years of experience in radiation therapy preferred
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Eclipse (Varian), CT Simulation, Radiation Safety, and Simulation of Treatment Sites; knowledge of ARIA software; handling emergency cases and PPE protocols
Additional Information: Candidate must be competent in performing routine and specialized radiation treatments, monitor patients attentively, and adhere to all safety and privacy regulations. Responsibilities may include performing specific procedures and orienting other staff.
