Description

Job Summary

Interventional Radiology position with a day-shift schedule supporting procedures completed in a clinical laboratory setting. The assignment runs from 11/23/2026 through 02/21/2027 and includes rotating call coverage, holiday coverage, and critical care responsibilities.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Active VA state license at submission; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification; Vascular Interventional Registry certification; critical care experience; and one year of experience.
Additional Information:
- All cases are completed in the interventional radiology laboratory.
- Call coverage rotates with core staff and requires a one-hour response time.
- Call responsibilities include one weekend per month and one to two shifts per week.
- Weekend coverage includes one call weekend per month.
- Holiday coverage includes one major and one minor holiday.
- Electronic medical record access is required.
- Maroon scrubs are provided.
- Unit orientation lasts one week.
