Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Tomball. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapy services to support functional recovery and return to community activities. The assignment is scheduled for daytime shifts, and Spanish-language skills are a preferred qualification.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; active and applicable professional license for the state where services are performed; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Spanish-speaking ability.
• Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive patient evaluations; develop, implement, and modify treatment plans; establish goals focused on patient progress and discharge; provide discipline-specific therapy services; educate patients, families, students, and coworkers; maintain clear, accurate, and timely medical record documentation; provide care under valid physician orders; participate in student education when assigned; pursue continuing professional development; comply with applicable practice acts, regulatory requirements, professional standards, safety procedures, and patient confidentiality requirements.
