Description

Job Summary

Mammographer, MAMMO Libertyville, Illinois. The Mammographer performs screening and diagnostic breast examinations and breast procedures in a clinical imaging setting. The position supports comprehensive patient care through advanced mammography services and participation in weekend rotations.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, Illinois IEMA license prior to start, 3D mammography experience, screening and diagnostic examination experience, stereotactic biopsy experience, PenRad experience, and DEXA scan experience; minimum of 2 years of experience required.
Preferred Qualifications: Mammography unit quality assurance experience.
Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week, with an every-other-Saturday weekend rotation; no on-call requirement.
Additional Information: Patient population includes breast screening, diagnostic, and procedure patients. Patient care is provided at a 1:1 ratio. Unit orientation includes at least one shift to learn workflow. Caribbean blue scrubs are required.
