Job Summary

MRI Technologist, MRI. This position supports magnetic resonance imaging services on a weekend day schedule, performing MRI examinations and specified X-ray procedures. The role requires independent practice, emergency/trauma experience, and proficiency with Siemens equipment, with an anticipated start date of 11/23/2026.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ARRT MR certification; valid Washington state license; experience in emergency/trauma imaging.
• Schedule: Day shift with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week; weekend coverage is required.
• Additional Information: The MRI Technologist performs MRI examinations and X-ray procedures involving the extremities, abdomen, gastrointestinal system, spine, pelvis, head, chest, thorax, musculoskeletal system, and upper and lower extremities. The role requires independent work, experience with Siemens equipment, contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, and peripheral intravenous insertion. Typical workload averages 69 examinations per day, with an assistant available for examinations, patient transport, and orders.
