Description

Job Summary

Technologist, Interventional Radiology CL, Wenatchee, WA. The technologist supports interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology procedures in a procedural laboratory setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, equipment preparation, sterile procedure support, fluoroscopic imaging, and accurate hemodynamic documentation.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Prior cardiac catheterization laboratory, interventional radiology, and electrophysiology experience; Washington State radiologic technologist license; graduation from an approved radiological technology or cardiovascular technology program; one of the following certifications: ARRT, RCIS, CI, HRE, or RCES; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, 6:30 a.m.5:00 p.m.; call responsibility required.
Additional Information: Responsibilities include accepting and assessing patients, explaining the laboratory environment and procedures, positioning patients for diagnostic imaging, maintaining fluoroscopy and related equipment, preparing and scrubbing procedures using sterile technique, recording hemodynamic readings, and performing duties across cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology, and electrophysiology laboratories.
