Job Summary

Pharmacist Inpatient Pharmacy. The pharmacist will provide inpatient pharmacy services while supporting medication management and pharmacokinetic dosing. The position requires coverage of varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing; at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience; relevant experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin, and warfarin management.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient.
Schedule: Day shift designation, 8-hour shifts, and 40 hours per week; the typical shift is 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with varied weekend and evening coverage as needed.
Additional Information: Weekend hours may vary based on staffing needs.
