Job Summary

MRI Technologist, MRI. This position performs magnetic resonance imaging examinations and related X-ray procedures during consecutive night shifts. The role requires independent practice, experience in emergency room settings, and proficiency with Siemens equipment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Three 12-hour consecutive night shifts from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., totaling 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Magnetic Resonance certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid Washington license
  • Emergency room experience
• Additional Information:
  • Performs magnetic resonance imaging examinations involving the brain, spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, cardiac structures, and other specified anatomy.
  • Performs X-ray procedures involving the extremities, abdomen, gastrointestinal system, spine, pelvis, head, chest, thorax, and musculoskeletal system.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Siemens equipment experience is required.
  • Weekend coverage includes one MRI technologist with an assistant supporting examinations, patient transport, and orders.
  • Average workload is approximately 69 examinations per day.
  • Must be available to work 3 of 5 designated holidays.
