Job Summary

MRI Technologist, MRI specialty, responsible for operating Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners safely and accurately. The position involves patient screening, procedure explanations, contrast administration, and image evaluation to support diagnostic-quality examinations.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 2 years of experience in the MRI specialty.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience.
Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week; scheduled Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with call coverage on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Assignment Dates: 11/23/202602/04/2027.
Additional Information: Operates Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners in accordance with all safety guidelines, demonstrates thorough knowledge of MRI safety zones and practices, screens patients for exam appropriateness and relevant history, explains procedures to patients and families, administers appropriate intravenous contrast media, and evaluates images for quality and diagnostic status.
