Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Chalfont. The Physical Therapist provides outpatient orthopedic care by evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans. The role supports functional recovery, patient education, clinical documentation, and safe progression toward discharge.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Schedule: Rotating schedule with 8-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week; schedule varies and includes two evenings until 7:00 p.m.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, establishing treatment goals, documenting care accurately and timely, providing patient and family education, participating in student development when assigned, maintaining professional licensure, completing required continuing education, and adhering to applicable practice standards and regulatory requirements.
