Job Summary

Occupational Therapist, Inpatient. This position provides occupational therapy services across home health and skilled nursing facility settings, with flexibility based on area needs. The role follows a daytime schedule and supports clinical care in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a minimum of one year of experience.
Additional Information: Services are provided across home health and skilled nursing facility settings. Flexibility between care settings is required. No on-call or call-back responsibilities are available.
