Job Summary

Occupational Therapist, Home Health. This position provides occupational therapy services across Home Health and Skilled Nursing Facility settings, with flexibility based on area needs. The role follows a weekday schedule and supports clinical care in both settings.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience.
Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: The role is divided between Home Health and Skilled Nursing Facility settings. Flexibility is required based on area needs. No on-call or call-back availability is required.
