Description
Job Summary
Ultrasonographer, General Lynn, MA. The role performs outpatient obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations in a dedicated ultrasound setting. Responsibilities include first-, second-, and third-trimester obstetric exams, gynecologic exams, and transvaginal exams while maintaining a one-to-one clinician-to-patient ratio.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift with 10-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week; scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Registered Diagnostic Medical SonographerAbdomen (RDMS-ABD) certification
- Obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN) certification
- Obstetrics credentialing
- Competency in obstetric scanning, including first-, second-, and third-trimester examinations
- Competency in gynecologic and transvaginal examinations
- Additional Information:
- Provides care for an outpatient patient population.
- Performs examinations in a dedicated ultrasound room within a radiology suite.
- Maintains a one-to-one clinician-to-patient ratio.
- Supports general ultrasound services within an obstetrics and gynecology office setting.
