Job Summary

Respiratory Therapist Registered, RT PEDS Day-shift respiratory therapy position supporting both adult and pediatric patients. The role requires clinical experience with adult patients, some pediatric experience, required respiratory therapy credentials, and proficiency with Epic charting.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts are 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of adult clinical experience
  • Some pediatric experience
  • Active Oregon respiratory therapy license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • Epic charting experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with holiday coverage, including two or three holidays during the assignment.
• Additional Information:
  • Start date is 12/07/2026, with availability for an earlier Monday start if applicable.
  • Weekend coverage includes six shifts every six weeks; weekend night shifts are scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Voluntary call may be available.
  • Float rotation may be required within the site and across the healthcare system.
  • Assigned education must be completed within one week of assignment.
  • Compliance documentation must be completed by the Wednesday before the start date.
  • Pre-start requirements may include modules, skills testing, competencies, and other compliance activities.
  • An Epic test-out module is required; additional Epic training may be assigned if the test-out is not passed.
  • Time-off requests are limited to seven days and must be submitted with the application; time off is not permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment.
  • An active Oregon license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting is required at submission.
  • One professional reference is required at submission.
