Description

Job Summary

Respiratory Therapist Registered, RT PEDS. This position provides respiratory care for adult and pediatric patients in a hospital-based setting. The assignment is scheduled for 12-hour night shifts and requires experience with adult patients, pediatric patients, and electronic charting systems.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of adult respiratory care experience; some pediatric experience; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications; Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential; active Oregon respiratory therapist license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting; electronic charting system experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Availability for 2 or 3 holidays during the assignment.
Additional Information:
- Assignment start date: 12/07/2026; anticipated end date: 03/08/2027.
- Six weekend shifts are required every six weeks; night-shift weekend coverage occurs on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Voluntary call may be available.
- Required education and compliance activities must be completed within one week of assignment.
