Job Summary

Occupational Therapist, Home Health Southern Chester County. This role provides occupational therapy services to patients in their homes across the assigned service territory. The position requires home health experience, a minimum of two years of occupational therapy experience, and availability every other weekend.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week; every other weekend required.
Required Qualifications: Occupational Therapist qualification; home health experience; minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience.
Additional Information:
- Provides patient care throughout Oxford, Nottingham, West Grove, Lincoln University, Landenberg, Kennett Square, Avondale, and surrounding areas of southern Chester County.
- Assignment dates are 12/09/2026 through 03/06/2027.
