Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Owings Mills. The Physical Therapist evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans to support safe and effective recovery. The role includes patient education, documentation, care coordination, and participation in professional development and quality improvement activities.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts consisting of 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday, with two shifts extending until 7:00 p.m.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Additional Information:
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and establish treatment goals focused on patient progress and discharge planning.
  • Deliver individualized physical therapy programs based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, functional outcomes, medical necessity, and charges accurately and promptly.
  • Provide education to patients, families, students, and coworkers.
  • Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education.
  • Follow applicable state practice requirements, professional standards, safety procedures, and confidentiality expectations.
  • Participate in student education, performance improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
