Job Summary
Emergency Room Technician, Emergency Room, Greenbrae, CA. The position supports emergency department operations in a 31-bed Level 3 Trauma Center with an average daily census exceeding 120 patients. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care and assisting with clinical needs in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating 12-hour morning shifts with variable start times; every-other-weekend coverage required; minimum 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification; previous experience working in a hospital emergency department; broad clinical background; recent and strong experience providing direct patient care.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification; California phlebotomy license.
- Additional Information:
- Assignment dates: 11/16/202602/14/2027.
- Emergency department support within a Level 3 Trauma Center.
- Department capacity includes 31 beds.
- Average daily census exceeds 120 patients.
- Up to 36 hours of call-off may be available during the assignment.
